App license
Govu is licensed, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Govu app on Apple or Android devices you own or control, subject to the App Store and Google Play Terms of Service and our Terms of Service.
Your generations
You own the photos and videos you input and the outputs Govu generates from them, subject to applicable law and the rights of third parties. You may use your outputs for personal and commercial purposes, including posting to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
Brand assets
The Govu wordmark, mascot, and app icon are trademarks of Govu, Inc. You may use them in press coverage and reviews. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or that creates a competing product.
Open source
Govu uses open source software, including the Firebase SDK (Apache 2.0) on both iOS and Android, the RevenueCat SDK (MIT), and Jetpack Compose libraries on Android (Apache 2.0). A full attribution list is available inside the app under Settings, then Acknowledgements.
